What happens when I first contact you about packaging?
We’ll ask about your product, the type of box you’re looking for, the quantity you need, and any ideas you already have. From there, we can talk through the options and figure out the next step.
Do I need to know the exact box size before getting a quote?
Not necessarily. If you have your product measurements, they’re useful, but you can still contact us if you’re unsure about the dimensions. We can discuss what you need and help work out a suitable size.
Can I send you my own packaging design?
Absolutely. If you already have artwork or a finished design, you can share it with us. If you’re starting with just an idea, we can also discuss the design requirements with you.
Will I see the design before my boxes are made?
Yes. The important artwork and packaging details are checked before the order goes into production, giving you a chance to review everything first.
Is it easy to order the same boxes again?
Yes. Once you’re ready for another batch, get in touch with your previous order details. We can use the existing specifications to make the repeat-order process much simpler.
